- 2 tbsp Chili Powder
- 5 tsp Smoked (or regular) Paprika
- 4 tsp Ground Cumin
- 3 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper (Add more or less to your liking. Or none if you want a mild seasoning.)
- 1/4 tsp Crushed Oregano
- 1 tsp Crushed Red Pepper (Add more or less to your liking. Or none if you want a mild seasoning.)
Mix all ingredients together. Store in a jar on your panty shelf.
How to use the mix
Use 3 T of mix per batch of tacos using 1# ground beef, chicken, turkey or pork, adjusting more or less to your tastes.
